Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our MLM Platform ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Distributor," "Member," or "User") and [Your Company Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our Platform, services, products, and related applications.

By accessing, registering, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

To be eligible for registration and participation in our MLM program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Pakistan with valid proof of residence
• Possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Have an active mobile number registered in Pakistan
• Possess a valid bank account or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) in your name
• Not be involved in any fraudulent activities or previously terminated from our Platform

To access our Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted in the registration form.

Account Responsibilities:

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
2. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other person
5. You must keep your contact information updated at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious activities.

Our Platform operates on a [Unilevel/Binary/Matrix] compensation plan that is designed to be Sharia-compliant and ethical. The commission structure includes:

• Direct Sales Commission: Earn commissions on products you directly sell
• Team Commission: Earn percentage-based commissions on your team's sales
• Leadership Bonus: Additional bonuses for achieving leadership levels
• Performance Incentives: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

Commission rates, bonus structures, and qualification criteria are subject to change with prior notice. Current commission details are available in your distributor dashboard.

As a distributor on our Platform, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

• Always represent our products and business opportunity truthfully and accurately
• Do not make false income claims or guarantees of success
• Respect all team members, customers, and competitors
• Do not engage in cross-line recruiting or poaching of distributors
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information
• Do not engage in spam marketing or unethical promotion practices

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension of commission payments, or termination of your distributor account.

Commission Payments:

• Commissions are calculated daily and paid monthly
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Processing time: 3-5 business days after withdrawal request

Tax Obligations:

• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your earnings
• We will deduct withholding tax as required by Pakistani law (FBR regulations)
• Tax certificates (Form 1099 equivalent) will be provided annually
• You must provide valid NTN if available

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Grounds for Immediate Termination by Company:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Non-payment of outstanding balances
• Violation of Pakistani laws or regulations
• Engaging in unethical business practices

Effects of Termination:

• Access to your distributor account will be revoked
• Outstanding commissions will be paid within 30 days (subject to audit)
• You must cease using all Company trademarks and materials
• Your downline may be reassigned at Company's discretion

Earnings Disclaimer:

Individual earnings vary based on effort, skill, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific income level. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The examples provided are for illustrative purposes only.

Platform Availability:

We strive to maintain 24/7 Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses due to Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our Platform shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal negotiation (30 days)
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration in accordance with Pakistani arbitration laws
4. Legal proceedings in courts of [City], Pakistan

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and may notify you via email or Platform notification.

Your continued use of our Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services and terminate your account.
